Out of combat bug in dungeons

It happened several time in cold storage or bloodshard port or the other dungeon with hae mujin mutant that I don't know the english name. The thing is that after some boss there is a chance that characters are stuck in combat mode and can't vertical sprint to continue the dungeon. And except doing escape, I think you should completely review the out of combat algorithm, especially when there are no mobs or boss arround but character may be stuck in combat mode...
