Everything works but when I click "play now", the lanucher minimize but nothing else happens.

I have reinstalled the game twice and still the same problem.

Check to see if your antivirus accidentally think the gameguard/game file is a malware -- I had that happened to me. If so, try to add the whole BNS folder as an exception in your antivirus application.

I have the same problem, dunno if it have sth to do with the antivirus, will check it in a bit, but till now my antivirus hadn't any problems with the game so why should it have now problems with it??

I honestly don't know. Maybe they had new definition that cause the issue to happen?! If after adding the exception and still doesn't work, you could also try to run the game as 32-bit again (it's under the setting of the launcher) to see if it would work as a 32-bit

I cant even change the setting to 32-bit ... i try it now with delete the game and install it new

i had the same problem uninstall drivers to ur grafic card and install them again and try if not succeed just reinstall game and it did work for me
