Is there a cap on how high Instant Delivery price can go?

My instant delivery price is currently at 55 coppers per item (I'm level 50 HM 7)....not sure how high it goes...

I've had some stuffs costing 55c or 1s xxc, but those were profession's orders I believe. But yeah, it seems it caps at 51c for quests.
