Blazing palm cannot damage (some) objects after tier 3 stage 3 upgrade

This is a REALLY old bug. See below:

Apparently it works on some stuff now (like the treasure chest at the end of Naryu labyrinth) but still absolutely fails on others (like the ice walls in Chuanka Frost Cavern).
