Countdown Hat won't go into wardrobe.

The same goes for the "1st Anniversary Cake Hat", but for the cake hat, the spot currently DOES exist in the wardrobe. For the "Countdown Hat", there is no slot yet. Thanks for reading this and please, pass this along to the right people for a fix for both issues.
