anyone else having the same issue as me? clan recruitment chat in cross server, party, clan, region and faction chat not working? Someone told me its because i'm using a ping reducing program but i need it so does anyone know if there is a way i can fix this?

You need to get this information on the forum of ping reduction program you use, not here. Its most likely correct port setting in most programs like that, for example WTFast.
