Only /Whisper and /Say Work, NOT using VPN.

Been having a problem lately where only whisper and say chats will work. Party, Clan, Faction, and all of the chat in F8 are all not showing up (nor can I type anything into those chats). No, I am not using a VPN like WTFast or Pingzapper, and I am HM10 so the "under level 11" limitation doesn't apply here either. Tried relogging numerous times, resetting all options in options menu, and did repair files already, nothing has worked.

 

If it helps, I am running this on a newly built computer. HOWEVER...

BnS was running just fine on it. Built the PC, got BnS installed, and it worked totally 100% fine for like a week.

 

It's only been the past two or three days where I've had this issue. I'd greatly appreciate any help from anybody who knows about this.
