Problems Spending my NCoins :(

Hello, i bought NCoins yesterday for the first time. Today i wanted to spend them and this error comes up:

"The transaction cannot be completed until the NCoin evaluation is finished. Please try again later. Please visit the Support website for more information on the evaluation." 

I don't know about this evaluation, but i tried to contact the support and there's no B&S Support Q_Q .

If anyone can help me out or had/have the same problem let me know if there's any solution to it :c Please!

Consider yourself lucky, at least you got your coins. Bought mine a few hours ago, i clearly see the charge on my credit card summary , but... nop!  No coins when i log in.
