Regarding super sunflower

I've realised that my summoner's damage from super sunflower is very low, sometimes even lower than the normal sunflower dmg. I know this is not normal as I've seen other summoners having the bulk of their damage coming from super sunflower's. Is it because I don't have HM sunflower or my rotations? I usually just use my nettles/bloom whenever it's up without thinking much. Thanks for any input :)

You need:

 

• HM Sunflower
• HM Rosethorn (T5 S2)

Or you will do very low damage with focus problems.
