Graphics Settings are, have not been, working properly

Personal SFX Quality and SFX Quality for Others scales are useless; they do not have any effect.

The Apply to All scale, however, even if unchecked affects both Personal SFX and Others' SFX.

At the moment, it's not possible to increase personal sfx quality while lowering sfx quality for others.

We have either vary them both at the same time using Apply to All scale (unchecked).

 

Please fix this, a piece of software that's not even working.

This has been broken since day 1 of the Silverfrost patch (March 23). I highly doubt it's going to be fixed. Another broken option sent to join /HajoonWow in the list of things to never be fixed.
