Arena time for dc or crach

Last 2 days game just stop worck when i do arena when i go enter game stop i see chat move but game dont start dont get dc dont crach!

And now i get a msg say i need wait 30min to enter in arena for leave during the maching process.

WTF is this i wait 10min and game dont do shit i need force game close.
