PIN possible to change?

Is there ANY possible way to either find my PIN for B&S somewhere or change it?

 

Also, I don't get why you makers of Blade & Soul think we should enter a PIN after we already put in a password and e-mail, probably for unneccesary extra procautions, but more so, I don't get why I'm expected to remember a PIN I put in a year ago.

 

Anyway, plz awnser my question...

Send a ticket to the support and ask them to reset your PIN. They will ask you personal information which you used for the account making, like: birth date, real name etc.
