stealth patch!?

Was there a stealth patch released overnight or something?

 

When I open my launcher, it said that there were new updates and that i must download them to play, well when it got to around 15% completed, it stopped and said that there was an error receiving a file and to restart my launcher and try again.

 

Seriously WTF!?
