Do customer support need to provide a reason for those who has account is locked?

 

Recently has a friend that has account is locked permanently but the customer support just say unable to explain what method they were used for detection, we don't even know what term in the user agreement was violated.

 

Could we do anything to ask what happened?

 

Dumping months of time to level to hm11 and what we got is a meaningless email.

 

Any more thing  we can do to save the account or at least find out for what reason the account is locked?

Ask them to reinvestigate the case and hope they find it was a false positive. Nothing else can be done.

Accounts are usually locked for one of the following reasons:

  • Buying/Selling gold (from a third party)
  • Use of third party software (bots, hacks, macros)
  • Someone else accessing the account resulting in one of the things above
  • Client modification
