Guild from a diferent server, but same group server

I was wondering if it's possible for a friend from a diferent server, but same server group, to join the guild I'm in. He's from Soha, my guild is from Jiwan. (same faction btw)

yes he can long as is same server group and faction he can join you'r  clan since Soha server is in same server group as Jiwan you can be same clan as long is same faction
