[QUESTION] E-mail

I've opened a new e-mail address and I want to assign it to this NCSOFT account but I'm unable to change my old e-mail.Is there any way I can change my old e-mail or it's not possible?

I've already tried to change it via settings.

I would go for petition support. A few months back I ran into an issue to there I HAD to change my email address. It took about 2 days but it was a done deal.

Contact NCsoft support by email they will change it this might 1 day or hours.
