Soul Shields

What should we be fusing our shields for?  Increased Crit?  4 of my 8 Twisted are max stat shields, so I thought I would fuse them for more crit, but that really didn't seem to up crit that much, was that a bad idea?  Should I have gone with more evasion or def?

Crit all the way for pve as long as you got 120% acc.

 

Current BiS soul shield build is 12468 asura 357 oblivion.

Next patch it will be 12468 ebondrake 357 oblivion.
