Refining stones

So where is the best place to get them? Are all dungeons giving just % to drop them or will there be dungeons that give secure drops? So far Ebondrake Hideout seems to be a flop in this as 5 runs later only 1 refining stone. Rip wishes to upgrade today as it seems that I won't be collecting 153 of them anytime soon.

Just checked out and you get them nicely from purples. I need them for Awakened Scorpio and True scorpio totaling 353. Woo \o/ *cries in corner, bleeds internally*

What upgrade do you need them for?  I've gotten them out of Ogong, mandate, and den so far.
