Can't hit target if grabbed by des/bd

Here is the problem:

 

Whenever a des/bd picks up a boss, the hitbox becomes very small or the game doesn't display the position of the boss right. Because of that, I occasionally miss my autoattacks on the boss. (I'm a des myself.) This only happens when I turn all the players off. I can hit the boss perfectly fine if I leave it on, but because of fps issues that's not really an option. I allready play with the lowest settings except for textures and character visibility.

 

Any idea how I can combat this? It would be great if NCsoft could fix this.
