Icon daily quests (blue and red) do not appear on the map or minimap

Dear.
I have an account in Mushin server (Destro HM2). and before formatting I my computer all the daily quests was shown on my map and minimap, including the quest faction, however after I format my computer to install an SSD quests are no longer presented and with that I am forced to travel in all Wildstride to find out whether or not quest available. how can I solve this?

This option is already checked, after quests half of Moowater usually appear and before that none is displayed.

settings > game > inferface > quest > show low-lvl quests

try to locate the click button on the right side  >>   which common use to collapse the quest bar.  It not work press     . (period key in your keyboard).
