From the start of blade and soul there has been a lot of negative for me, Im super happy with the listening bns is doing to help with upgrades and helping to get moonstones soon, they helped the factions by merging servers, and costume contest was great and the winner costume is amazing. Very happy, I just hope its easy to get for non hard core players
