KFM Searing Palm T3S2

I've just put a point into T3S2 for testing purposes. It says:

"Unleashed for 10 sec."

it also says that:

"Movement speed +15% while Unleashed"

which means that after using Searing Palm T3S2 I should move faster for 10 seconds, however the movement speed buff is not applied.

 

It's not a big deal since no one using this (imo), but still...

 

Side note: You can find "Quivering Palm" in the skill description. Is it the old name of the Searing Palm or something like that?
