Where can I find this quest?

So as far as I know you can start earning HM levels after level 45. But to actually start gaining experience for the HM levels I need to complete a quest called "Martial Arts Sublimination". Will this quest just pop up as I play or is it something I have to look for?

You gain start gaining HM levels once u hit the current max level, which is 50. The people u see that are below 50 with HM levels got some HM levels back when level 45 was max level, and for them to continue getting HM levels they have to get to level 50 1st before they can proceed to gain more HM levels. Just keep leveling, you'll get your 1st HM level as soon as you ding 50.
