Character Dissapear/Gone

So Suddenly my fps dropped pretty fast While i was playing the game,My mates told me to reinstall the game and the lag will Disappear,So i reinstall it and when i logged in to my account all my characters are gone! , I checked if i was on the right server but nothing changed,Is there anyone who had the same proplem before??
cuz i have a lv.l50 HM 5 i put so much effort Developing the character and iam NOT willing to make a new one,Does anyoe what to do? if you do please tell me cuz i fell sick just to think my character is gone...
