Lightning Draw - Volume 2 Quest disappeared from my Quest Journal :(

So I bought my Lightning Draw - Volume 2 technique for my Blade Master, I started the quest by consuming it and the skill itself lists the item as "acquired" so I proceed to talk to Dokdan the Wise and after he finishes talking the quest is no longer on my Quest Journal and I can't talk to him again, I went to see where supposedly Old Man Cho spawns in the Misty Woods but he was not there after all. I tried relogging and the quest wont prompt again. Has it happened to anyone?
