Very high ping in dungeons

I'm trying to get a better soul shield, but it impossible due high ping in dungeons.

It only happens in dungeons, and it around 500-800 ping. It unplayble.

Any ideas on what I can do?

I use Kill Ping to get rid of lag during dungeon raids or pvp. It is probably the best ping booster for BnS
