Bugged skills

Heya guys,

 

when doing pvp i have a major problem with the V skills in force stance:

Pvp version of burning tundra often leaves me with enemys standing in it but blocking my attacks wich shouldnt be possible since it ticks per sec and disables defense skills for 1sec ?!

PvP Whirlwind should disable apporach skills but i keep getting charged by ppl out of it ?!

Does this happen to you others aswell on regular basis or did i just get lucky to meet cheaters all day ??
