Help with Specs for Stream please.

I have been streaming a little bit on twitch, its merely for fun and helping friends and others with showing dungs or how i play SF as we have our own little ´hype club´almost.
I have to run the game on low bitrate if i up it the stream will freeze alot or my FPS ingame can go RIP. 

 

Following spec are mine,( i have little to no knowlegde bout the hardware within my PC and hoped for a sharp mind to point me toward the problem)

Windows 10.(64 bit)
Intel(R) Core(TM)i5-4690 CPU @ 3.50 Ghz(4 CPUs)

GeFirce GTX 770

10240 Ram(i believe its DDR4)
250 GB SDD HD( keeping it at half cap max) 

150/150 mbit connection. 

I know it´s pretty average, and fill it serves my needs, therefore if i could just upgrade one or two piece
