Did they deactivate costumes preview on character profile page?

Since last update, I can't check previews of costumes on other players profile, was it intentional or is it bugged?

Also, many places where it says "Preview with SHIFT + click" and it doesn't preview at all.

Yeah. This came with the terrible marketplace update too.
