Crafted Emblems, Arcane Buttons, Crafted Toolboxes, etc.

Quick question, did NCSoft make the crafting guild's level 4 special items untradable? I distinctly remember seeing arcane buttons and crafted emblems go from 40g-70g, but now theyre completely off. Any information as to what happened?

Based on what I've heard from other people, there's a chance to make sealed versions which are tradable. Otherwise you'll get an untradable version.
