Honorary Ornament f7-f8 after June 2016

Anyone know if Honorary Ornament still drop in f7 and f8 of Mushin's Tower? Seems like they either removed or lowered drop rates since these floors are too easy now?

Nothing changed, the rate on those has always been very bad. If you got more before you were just lucky.

Seen about 8-12 drop in dungeons / Zaiwei 24 chests so far the last month or so.
