Newletter thank you package problems

Anyone else sign up before the deadline, but didn't receive the thank you email or code in their account? I specifically made sure I had the box checked before the patch but support is telling me that somehow that is not true. I want to know how many others are experiencing the same problem because I know I'm not the only one.

Signed up through the newspost one month before the deadline but apparently that thing was broken and even though it said signup successful didnt sign me up. NC does not care though customer paying for their mistakes as usual.
