Silverfrost mobs resetting

Since the newest patch I've come to notice that a good deal of the Silverfrost mobs reset almost constantly around 30-20% hp left. I know if you drag them too far away from their spawn they leash back and reset.. These mobs have still be on their spawn or only a foot or so away and right about 30% they stop attacking.. glitch and reset to full. It's not just one area or one set of mobs.. it's many in all area's of the silverfrost region.
