gameguard connect issues since patch

Since the soulfighter patch I have had several disconnects and people in faction chat have been complaining about less stable servers as well.

 

Today I had another disconnect.

When I wanted to relog back in, it didnt work.

 

When the gameguard window popped up it didnt get through the connecting stage anymore.

Clicking retry didnt help either.

Does anyone else have this issue?
Got any idea how to fix this?

Thanks for the tip but gameguard still behaves the same.

As in, it still wont complete the connect phase.

So I'm having the same issue now.

any of you knows the solution?

The thing is even trying to download the installer for the game doesn't work.

I reinstalled windows and copied the game from another pc which has the game working properly on the same wifi but still having the same issue.

I dont have the issue anymore but I dont know exactly why.

 

What I have done:


Cleared internet history, cache and such.

Shut off pc.

Unplugged/restarted modem.
Restarted pc.

Restarted BnS.

Refresh hostfile (adding and removing the ''#'' in front of the address and saving file after both actions).

I always start the game in administrator.

 

I don't know why trying to download the installer doesnt work for you.
Maybe you can ask support?
