Game Freezes - Hard Reset

Hi, i have this problem where i'm just playing the game and once in a while (not everyday), the game freezes my pc, i cant do anything like alt+f4/ctrl alt del. The only thing i can do is hard reset my pc. Anyone had this problem? What could be a reason the game freezes?

 

Pc specs: 

- Windows 7 (64bit)

- Intel Core i5 6600k @ 3.5 Ghz

- ATI AMD Radeon R9 280

- 16gb Ram DDR4

- Asus Z170 Pro gaming motherboard

 

Got the latest drivers installed, and bns is running on my ssd.
