Error when restarting

I am getting a gameguard  4049 error when I restart the game. More details in the event viewer show that nvinit.dll is causing problems to reboot the game. Upon searching this, this is a file that cannot be deleted without problems being created. Restarting my computer or deleting the gameguard folder from BNS solves the problem temporarily. But how can I solve this problem without going through this every time?
