Error 4049

Game wont start cause after I login and press Play Game. It just tells me "the game client encountered an error while running. Shutting down the game client. (4049). I've tried restarting my comp, tried deleting the gameguard folder. Nothing has been working for me. Even disabled my av.

I get this same error whenever I close the game and try to restart it. You can check event viewer and see what's causing a conflict.
