if you're talking about the merchant of wonders, it's being extended till around July 20th. They said it on their last stream. Not really sure why you can't unpack it.

I had the same problem, i opened a Ticket, sended them a screenshot and a explaination what happend.

 

They know the problem and try to fix it (  i hope with this maintenance) , the Supportguy send me the item to my char, so its done^^
