Another Baleful vs Seraph

As the title suggests , i am at that point where i need to pick a side , and before any of you go like there are all these posts , i have gone through many of them including here , reddit and some other websites and mostly its just speculations as to which is better / future patches which might make seraph better , would like to know from someone who has played with both of them and would know whats going on on the other servers with the legendaries since this is quite a bit of investment.

Most of those threads are based from people who have played on other servers. But you can't say anything with certainty because we don't know what will happen in our specific version regarding related things like skills and elemental equipment.
