5th & 6th Gem Slot Advice Needed

So I currently have:

 

Diamond - AP
Amethyst - Life Drain
Ruby - Additional Damage
Citrine - Additional Damage (I Know I could of Chosen Life Drain as Well)

 

I've put Peridot - HP Recovery - On Evasion in Slot 5 but am wondering about Peridot - Immune to Status Effects & Critical + - On Evasion.  I'm around 51% Crit and would think eventually when  I get higher this one would hit diminishing returns but until then would it be better then the HP Recovery?

 

For Slot 6, I'm torn between these:

 

Sapphire - Instant Recovery 1 Critical Hit - When Enemey Blocks or Evades  <------  Currently using this but not sure how often I really get an "extra" crit
Sapphire - Additional Damage - When Enemey Blocks or Evades

Emerald - Recover HP Over Time - When Blocking
Emerald - Additional Damage - When Blocking

 

Thoughts, comments, advice appreciated?

What class are you? If you're able to block alot then the Emerald becomes alot better. But if you're an FM emeralds are useless. Personally I would lean towards the HP over time emerald if you're blocking alot (ie BM) otherwise I'd go for one of the Sapphires.
