What is the Silverfrost Mountains Care Package?

Back in early April, I had redeemed an unused code for the Silverfrost Mountains Care Package, but didn't get the opportunity to check out what is inside the package other than being told that it contains 3 Moonwater Transformation Stones and a Pentagonal Diamond Gem. For anyone else that had received this package, can you tell me what else was in this package? Regarding the Pentagonal Diamond Gem that came with the package, which one is it? Is it the Sparkling Pentagonal with the 25 AP? Thanks :)
