Blade point fragment price

Over the last few weeks price of "blade point fragment" (1 of 3 pieces for HM soul) skyrocketed by over 500%. I believe it used to be only 3-4g tops, now it's hard to even dip below 20g. It drops from 4-man Lair. Did the drop rate for this decrease or is there another reason? Lair isn't exactly a very difficult dungeon compared to 4-man Yeti, and the piece that drops from Yeti remains a stable 5-6g ("sword blade fragment").
