Forum Login issues

Everytime i try to login on the forum, 2 weird things happen in succession.

 

1. I enter my username and password and click login. The page goes through about 3-4 processes which are really 3-4 different pages 1 of which include https://login.playmxm.com/login/sso and wildstar etc. And rather than log me in, it redirects me to the same login page with my username and password. this has actually been happening since about February but when it did happen it would loop the same thing about 3-4 times before logging me in.

 

2. Now after 1 login attempt and getting looped back to login screen (just 1 attempt), I try to login again and instead of doing the many loop as mentioned above; it proceeds to go through Wildstar and 1 or 2 more websites then it lands on https://login.playmxm.com/login/sso and just tries to load the page indefinitely. So basically after 2 login attempts it gets stuck trying to load "playmxm" page until I either: a) refresh the page, b) close the page, c) return to the previous login page and try until i final login.

 

Do note that this isnt  credential issue (wont go into detail incase something happens with acc etc.) so i can say for sure that something is wrong with either the forum site or the login route. It may be  problem on my end or it may be a problem with the forum. So if anyone is having this problem place post here so we can get a GM to look into it and see whats happening as it is very frustrating having to do the same tsk of trying to login 5-10 times!!
