Bugged Chapter 17

I killed all the dummys and i talked to old man ext. and nothing happens. I closed the game and relog in open my map and i cant see where is my main mission. I hıt track quest nothing happens. Some guy told me spend your skill points but game says you must to complete Chapter 17. Can some one help me ?

I walked all the way around to repeat what i did and this room was open (some old guy put down the fire when im doing the mission) and im stuck.

I zoomed every inch to see main mission but nope :D

Hm, the quest says you haven't talked to the old man but you did, right? After that chapter 17 should be finished. At start of chapter 18 you must use skill points. Does any npc still have the quest Icon?

I talked to the old man. But game says i didnt so i cant make chapter 18,  3 or 4 npc have it and 4 npc have marks on it (side missions) no main missions

I see what's the problem as expected u need to join a faction before u can move on with ur mainstory quest.

As you can see on ur picture 'http://hizliresim.com/1dPBm5' it said u need to complete The call of Warring Factions quest
