Screen Freeze in Dungeons

Hi all,

i am having this new issue since the Vipercap patch.Getting very long loading screens in lobby and entering dungeons,or after i die and resurect .The screen just hangs on long time untill i can see my character again.

Second -when i finally reach to enter the dungeon- right when the others start hitting boss-i get like 5-10 sec of completely freeze screen.

Any help -suggestions much appreciated!
