Support Response Timeframe

Hello fellow BnS players,

 

I was just wondering about the service level for ncsoft support team to respond to a ticket. If any of you had prior experience sending one, I just want to know how long did it take for them to answer you back? Also, do you guys use the support team in website or send by email (I sent mine by email).
