Is this weapon path deletion going to be like before 50 cap where awakened pirate+1 continued to true pirate +1 and then true breeze +1 or will it only be true pirate +1 going to true breeze +1 if so what will awakened pirate+1 become true oathbreaker or awakened breeze ?

Neither. You will not be getting a free upgrade nor will your weapon transform into something else overnight. If you are already on Awakened Pirate to True Pirate path you will still be on that path when the Siren -> Pirate path is removed. The only difference is if someone was at Awakened or True Siren then they would have to upgrade to True Oathbreaker instead of Awakened Pirate > True Pirate. Hope this helps dispel some misunderstanding.
