Quest-Bug

[Dualblow]

There is a Quest  called Harder Better Faster Stronger which you must take a Raven Feather Fan and deliver it to Old Man Cho. First of all i took the raven fan then the arrow in the map shows me to follow the Old Man Cho's Granddaughter the quest is normal after this the final sessio of this Quest (Marked as a Star) isnt Anywere i tried to press J, Track Quest too nothing happened i cant complete my story withought this Primary Quest  can somebody Help i would really appriciate it

Old man Cho should stand on top of the tower right behind the building where the little girl lead you. Try to climb it and if he's not there...i would suggest you to send a ticket.
