unable to change outfits

I am trying to complete faction quest and have found that I cannot change to my faction outfit.  I have tried to change the outfit in several of the maps, using different outfits, none have allowed this change.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

@shisuzu Have you changed your faction recently? Do you have adornments on that require certain outfit to be equipped. Make sure you are not wearing any adornments that can only be equipped with certain outfits (such as Deva Aura, Stinger Tail, The Lucan's Tailfeather and so on) because that will disable the outfit changing. Once you unequip such item you should be able to wear other outfits.

No haven't changed factions. I am wearing the complete outfit from lycan. I but I took that off and put on my hongmoon  outfit, and still it doesn't change outfits.

Try removing the Adornment First ( Lycan’s Tailfeather )

Then proceed to remove the rest of the outfit/change outfit.

I will try this when the maintenance is over. I didn't realize the tails would make that happen. I hope it works so I can do my quests. I will post results as soon as I can log on and try this.
