Disconnect error

I am getting a disconnect error when I want enter the game.

 

Logging in works. Entering pass works.
Than I get to the character selection screen. Still works.
Than I want to enter the game on a character and during the loading I get the disconnect error. 

I believe it was 1000 132 15100.

Can happen during playing as well.

 

I already run the game on windows 7 compatable mode and administrator.

 

Does anyone know how to solve it?

I had it before but after trying several times I finaly got through the loading screen but that isnt really a true solution.
